'Our stay was fabulous! The place was just like it appeared in the pictures. Ally and Brendon were perfect hosts. They gave us so much privacy and left the entire backyard to ourselves. Would certainly recommend this place. Also, so close to everything. We did a lot of walking which was great.'

'Cute, romantic getaway with a fantastic private pool and hot tub. Backyard has ample sun and shade locations. Quiet and peaceful. Easy drive to Palm Desert, Palm Springs and La Quinta shops, restaurants and hiking trails. Would definitely return.'

'Nice, quiet, clean and conveniently located to the polo fields. I had a very nice stay. It is a simple, No fuss unit. Host provided little extras that were nice touches ie. bar soap, shampoo conditioner, toothpaste, and coffee creamer. I would love to stay again, the only thing I’d wish it had is a washer and dryer.'

'Sacred Sands was epic! Every Element of design compliments and enhances the natural environment. The skylights created suns scapes within the room throughout the day. It was style perfect environment to slow down connect with your partner and be completely present. The record player and selection of albums were incredibly thoughtful. It was perfect. We will for sure come back!'

'The studio is simply furnished but had everything we needed. The kitchen is basic and since we didn't plan to cook we were satisfied. If you plan to cook, plan to bring all the condiments you will need. Robert was amazingly responsive to any question or request we had. He was an excellent host. We would definitely stay in the Splash House again.'

'I think there’s a reason there aren’t hot tubs in rooms anymore. They stink and make the room humid. This cave seemed fun but is very unloved with broken styrofoam, melted lights in the ceilings, a waterfall that doesn’t work. It was 250 a night and better to stay at pappy and Harriet’s for same price and amazing bed and sheets.'

'More like YUCK Hotel. Many of the features described were not represented. We had a hard time sleeping with the people living across the street blasting music, no wifi, and pretty much no amenities (hair dryer, cups, soap) or communication. We still have not heard back from the Apek Rentals regarding wifi or refund. We agree with the other reviews and guests staying when we did. The whole experience was creepy and weird. '
