'My family and I are in Hawaii to celebrate my son‘s graduation from Ucla. We traveled from Philadelphia, which is nearly 10 hours in the air. When we arrived at the resort, there was no Mai Thai waiting for us as advertised on the companies website. 'The door code we were given wasn’t correct, so we had to use the phone at the reception to call the after hours number (this was just after 4pm, so check in time, strange that check in time is not within normal office hours). Luckily they were able to provide the right code so we could get in.The studio is smaller then the pictures show and smelled terrible. The smell was moldy in especially the bathroom and cabinet in Living room, but the smell was everywhere. The studio, not condo, was old and...

'Overall we had a good stay. The view from the room was incredible and definitely one of the highlights of the trip. The resort itself was nice and the staff around the property were very friendly and helpful, especially the people who shuttle guests to and from their cars. Parking is a bit of a walk from the units, so they take you by golf cart, which was convenient, though it might be a little harder for older guests. we enjoyed our stay and the view was truly amazing.'

'There is no AC in the units. If you have any issues do not expect a return call. These are older units and we had many items that did not operate in the room — the fan (essential) and the tub (essential). Property is nice and view is amazing on the Cliff'
