Its like a large studio apartment. With a huge hot tub in the main room. Very cozy and well appointed with a small kitchenette with microwave oven. 'This place was a great place for us to spend time together!! It so quiet & peaceful. Ellicottville was just a short drive away. The house had everything you would need. The homemade lemon blueberry muffins were absolutely amazing!! The flowers on the farm were beautiful & fresh lilac flowers in the bedrooms made it smell so good!! Definitely hope to go back!'
