'The rooms, bathrooms and lobby were very clean. The beds were thick-comfort and so very nice. The a/c worked perfectly. No noise issues at all. The breakfast had biscuits, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, pancakes and breads. Nice hot cinnamon rolls. '

'I got my bank account over drawn by 1034.00 dollars and it seems to not matter to the staff.i was on site calling from my room and they will not answer.went down to talk to them and was charged for advertised free breakfast.i was told I would get email from the hotel with confirmation my money would go back in my acct but until then I am racking up over draft fees!!there is a lack of communication between third party and the hotel.no hot water..'
