Nos vacances se sont trés bien passées dans cette agréable maison. Cette maison est spcacieuse et reste fraîche lors de grosse chaleur, Nous avons étê surpris sur le coût de l'électricité (65 €/jour) qui nous semble très excessif (900€ d'électricité pour 2 semaines), Sinon le jardin arboré ainsi que la grande piscine nous ont permis de nous reposer et de profiter de notre famille avec un jeune bébé de1 an, Nadine

Attention!!!
nothing that they say is included is true!!! we got many nasty surprises since we arrived. 1.- They charged us 900 euros for electricity. 2.- The house was dirty, including the sheets on the beds. 3.- It does not have air conditioning. 4.- the windows do not have windows springs and the mosquitoes are a big problem. 5.- There was no toilet paper, hand soap, no towels for the pool. We arrived at 9 pm due to a plane delay, so they don't even have water to drink and since it's a very small town, everything is closed at 8 pm. be careful when renting this property, because no matter what is included in the price, they charge you for electricity (65 euro per day and cleaning 330 euro). This property is on different platforms such as: VRBO, BOOKING, EXPEDIA etc. but regardless of what they offer in the price, the property has other rules, prices and charges! We had to submit a complaint with VRBO for this situation and even though they told us they would give us a refund, we still waiting.!!

Dear Aisha, thank you for your feedback. I took time to check al, the problems you wrote in your review, as you know we offer assistance for every guest and I know Lorenzo, one of our consultant was in contact with you. He knew nothing about the the dirty shift and not good cleaning, you stayed at the villa 14 days, if he knew for sure he could check and inform the owner. Regarding window springs and AC both are not mentionned in the ad. In reference to the cost of electricity, due to the syncronizzation with the portal with our channel manager the price was wrong but I know that the owner had to give you money back, if it have not happened yet I am going to urge it.
