'We took our family up to Cincy for the 4th weekend to see other family. The hotel was decent.. but let me tell you what really stood out to us.. the Front desk lady.. JESSICA! She has so sweet, and so kind. Her and my husband had a great time picking back and forth. My husband used to stay at this hotel before me and there was a gentlemen that worked there and was wonderful he said Jessica was just as amazing and she will be the reason we return! The bed was comfortable and clean, and since it was just an inexpensive place to lay our heads it was fine. Wouldn’t want to spend more than one night though or be here with kids. '

My only complaint was we had requested a fridge for medical reasons and they were not able to get us one. "Hotel is prima, avondploeg was vriendelijk, maar de ochtend ploeg keek chagrijnig en wilde mij niet graag te woord staan bij vragen over ontbijt of uitchecken.. ontbijtruimte en faciliteiten zijn niet voldoende voor de capaciteit van het hotel. 1 wafelijzer en 1 toaster zorgt voor rijen van een kwartier. Er wordt ook niet tijdig aangevuld, toen ik hierom vroeg werd ik nijdig aangekeken.
Kamer was zeer ruim en schoon, prachtig uitzicht op het ballpark was fantastisch. Bedden waren wel wat doorgelegen. "
