'Het is niet eenvoudig geweest om het hotel te boeken, een ramp, maar eens daar was het een prachtige kamer, goede ligging enz. Sommigen van het personeel waren heel vriendelijk... Maar het heeft me veel problemen gekost te weten te komen waar het hotel juist gelegen was!!!!! Mijn speciale dank aan Claudia aan de balie, een echte schat!!!'

"We had the Superior Room with Kingsize Bed and it was fantastic! Free minibar, bathroom with floor heating and very spacious. Personel was friendly and accomodating. Victoria station is busy which has it's advantages and downsides. The only thing which was unpleasant was the amount of homeless people in and around the station. I hope London finds a way to help them.
Overall a great hotel and lovely experience, I would really recommend this hotel."
"The hotel was very good. I thought the price of drinks was high and pricey. The room was clean and tidy. We had a great view and great time. The restaurant and lounge bar were loud but it felt good though. The building is beautiful and the room that we had was good and sufficient. Overall it was a nice hotel to stay."
