Hotel location was close enough to shinjuku to be easily accessible, but far enough from the station to be in a more quiet / less chaotic neighborhood. Train line (Marinouchi) was a short distance (5 min walk) from the hotel. '
'The Price Hotel is a prime spot with it being next to the Sunshine City mall. The mall has anything you can imagine and tons of quality dinner options. Ikekeburo station is walking distance. The hotel is listed as 3 stars but feels like a 4 stars minimum. '

Binnen 20 minuten sta je in het centrum, en als je liever met de metro gaat dan ben je er ietsje sneller. Een top hotel en een mooie plek. Heerlijk. We hebben er 7 dagen gezeten en hebben er geen spijt van. Wel een beetje krap, maar ja dat is alles hier in Japan. Heerlijk trouwens dat je een eigen wasmachine met ingebouwde droger hebt. Beter kan eigenlijk niet. Perfect!'
'This property is excellent. The staff are always very helpful, it’s so close to the Yamanote Line station. It’s close enough you can walk or ride the train to Shinjuku but far enough that you don’t hear noises at night. There’s food options and stores close by, there’s laundry faculty, a public bath and the rooms have tatami mats. Enough space you can move without bumping. Theres breakfast in the morning. Check out is at a later time too!'

'Kamer was klein maar fijn! Weinig kastruimte dus moesten 9 dagen uit de koffer leven wat jammer was! Waren met baby van 10 maanden op reis en helaas hadden ze geen babybedje! Maar er was genoeg plek voor het babytentje wat we mee hadden genomen! Baby in bad had niet gekunt want bed was vrij smal! Locatie van het hotel is top! Metro en supermarkt om de hoek, 5 minuten van piss alley en golden gai! Zeker weten aanrader als je zonder kind naar Tokyo gaat!'

"Truly fenomenal hotel! Amazing breakfast with good hours (seating until 10:00, to finish before 10:30). The shuttle service to Disney was great! The inhouse grocery market super practical. The room super clean, spacious and well equiped. The personnel super friendly! The inhouse luggage forwarding service fantastic! And the price super reasonable! I am sorry i didnt book more nights here for my family… I warmly recommend this place!!!"
"Personnel was just amazing! The room, for Tokyo norms, was actually quite spacious. It was always spotless clean after I returned from work. I didn't have lunch or dinner here so I do not know if it is good, but twice I had the breakfast and I found that I really got excellent quality. The buffet is a mix of East and West, with many warm options such as beef ragout pasta and grilled chicken (if that is what you like) but you also find the traditional Western items there such as cheese, smoked salmon, eggs etc. The hotel was close to a railway station which I could use with my Japan rail pass. It's in a quiet and safe area and when you look out of the window you are not going to see many neon signs or those typical Tokyo neon lit streets, but you are just a very short drive removed from Shinjuku station which provides more action. You get a personal terrace which I found great. I personally had the view of the park which was amazing. Personally I appreciated the quiet surrounding, but it's a matter of preference. I did not use the common pool but they have one. I did use the gym though. It is a nice clean gym. Putting some weights there would be a nice addition for those of us who like to work with weights instead of doing cardio. All in all, I would say 9/10. Thanks a lot. "
