'Personnel was just amazing! The room, for Tokyo norms, was actually quite spacious. It was always spotless clean after I returned from work. I didn't have lunch or dinner here so I do not know if it is good, but twice I had the breakfast and I found that I really got excellent quality. 'Hotel was very conveniently close to the main Shinjuku train terminal which meant hoping on local or main subway lines was fast and convenient. Hotel room was spacious with a nice shower and bath. My two biggest gripes about the hotel are the lack of Gym and no room service. I guess because there are a million options at your front door it doesn’t make much sense to offer that room service but as I fell ill for a few days I really didn’t want to get out of bed and track down food. ...
