'The property was spacious for our family. The location was an easy walk to Hirai station, restaurants, and stores. We have runners in our family, so it was a quick and convenient walk to access the Arakawa River Trail for running. Our internet went out, but the owners were fantastic and sent someone out immediately to restore service. We would definitely stay again.'

'The manager is super nice, responds very quickly to any questions or concerns I had. The neighborhood is quiet and it’s a residential area. It was only a few minute walk to a family mart, 7-11 and to a train station. Having multiple bathroom was nice because there were 5 of us. It was just different that we had to go on the 2nd and 3rd floor to use the toilet. The ground floor had the shower so we always had to bring up our dirty clothes up to wash it. But it felt very comfortable! '
