'Our second stay at this property. The host quickly responds to our questions and was extremely helpful. The property is in an excellent location to enjoy all that the Biltmore and Arcadia area have to offer. The condo was exactly as pictured, well stocked and very clean. We will stay here again when visiting Phoenix. '

'The unit was newly remodeled and the kitchen was well stocked. The location is great with a short walk to Safeway and other restaurants and amenities. This was helpful as we didn't rent a car. While a little cold for the pool, the hot tub was appreciated and the pool would be nice on a sunny day. It is a first floor unit so some noise from above neighbors and cars but not too bad. Sheri was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. '

'It was a great place to stay. Everything was perfect. The host Paula was very accommodating and respondsons were quick. The resturant The Collins was out standing with incredible food and drink Short walk,about 300 feet once you walked to 32nd street. Always friendly staffBeds were comfortable and my friend of 53 years we were very happy with everything. I recommend this condo 100%.
