'This is a perfect air b and b for two. The property is so inviting. There is a seating area outside surrounded by gorgeous trees. The bed is so comfortable. Everything is clean. The shower is huge. Walmart, super markets, all fast food, waffle House is a 5 min drive or 10 min walk. 10/10 recommend to everyone. Super convenient and wonderful. The renter was super responsive and helpful. 'We enjoyed our time in the condo and at the property. Everything was as described. It was very comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony, pool which was very warm (heated), hot tub, and beach. We had a car but wasn’t really needed… so much close by and we used the sun catcher bus to go downtown St Petersburg. '

'This efficiency apartment is well appointed,nicely decorated and just what we needed for our spring break getaway. Be aware that the shower temp is hard to regulate,we never really found the sweet spot, we both just used it as a hand held and showered quickly. The convenience of the location to the beach resturants,ice cream, coffee can't beat it. The common area is well maintained.The property manager called to check in. Beach chairs,umbrella towels all provided. The kitchenette was nicely...

'Jeanette was a great host. We experienced a small issue when we arrived (absolutely no fault of Jeanette’s) and I informed her of the issue. Our issue was resolved quickly by the property manager. Excellent communication and response. The pool was great and not crowded at all. We saw dolphins multiple times from our balcony. Great resort and views. '

'Didn’t stay as long as expected but time there was great. Loved location. Traffic was terrible. Finding a parking space was challenging. Also you couldn’t leave since as soon as u left your space was gone'

'The condo was very clean and was just like what was in the pictures. The location can not be beat being right by the pool and a block from the beach. The ocean view is great to view beautiful sunsets. There are many restaurants within walking distance too. Rodger was great with communicating in a timely manner and answered all our questions. I would recommend staying here and we'll definitely be back in the future!'

'This condo is updated and comfortable. It has sliding glass doors to a small outdoor space that sits on the edge of the beautiful golf course. You can also sit on the couch or at the dining table and enjoy the view. A short walk away is the pool and a casual stroll to the bridge reveals a small stretch of sand on the intracoastal to relax, watch the local fisherman, or catch a dolphin swimming by. Beaches, restaurants, and shopping are all a short drive away. It is also convenient to the highway...

'Mooi hotel in een baai , zwembad plus poolbar , nadeel je had geen strand en je kon niet de zee in allemaal rotsen , op de foto leek dat er een klein strandje was gemaakt en dat je daar het water in kon , helaas was dat niet zo !!!! '
