The 200 m² Villa Alba welcomes you with its large, bright, open-plan living room, designed to create a warm and friendly atmosphere, its 3 bedrooms and its heated swimming pool. With its natural materials, soft tones and carefully chosen furnishings, this house is an invitation to relaxation and well-being.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor
- Spacious living room with sofas, TV, table soccer
- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and hob, perfect for getting together and sharing good times.
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) or 2 single beds and en-suite shower room, ideal for convenient, immediate access.
- Separate WC

First floor
- Two bright bedrooms with double beds (140x190), each with its own shower room, offering all occupants the comfort they need.
- A small additional room has been fitted out with body-building equipment
- Separate WC

Exterior:
- A large 2000 m² plot of land, a true haven of peace, with a heated saltwater swimming pool (10 x 4.5 m), perfect for relaxing moments.
- The open-air kitchen area, equipped with a pizza oven, gas plancha and wooden brazier, is the ideal place for convivial meals with family and friends.

For leisure enthusiasts, a pétanque court adds a playful, authentic touch to your stay.

In this verdant setting in Arcangues, in a quiet, peaceful part of the Basque Country, you'll be able to take full advantage of the local way of life, while being close to the beaches, mountains and typical villages of the region.
