'We are from the country, so this was very city to us, but everyone in the building was very nice, pool was rarely used, but a nice pool. Cool water that felt wonderful even though it was in the 90s. 'Not a great stay. Wouldn't recommend. Place was very basic and not as clean as it could have been. Old food in the fridge and dishes in dishwasher. The courtyard could use some attention. There were no games as listed and the fence to courtyard needs fixed. The apartment was clean but could tell the floor need a different kind of cleaning agent. "Mooie plek, naast de Gateway Arch. Fijne omgeving dichtbij evenementen en winkels. Comfortabele kamer met fijne bedden en kussens. Tijdens ons verblijf waren 3 van de 4 liften voor o.a. onze verdieping buiten werking. Dit kan niet. Wachttijden enorm lang en collemliftcabines. Dit verwacht je niet bij Hyatt. Verder prima. Ontbijtbuffet kost inmiddels 24 dollar, maar is goed, vers en uitgebreid. "
