Riverfront Townhomes has everything you could possibly need for the perfect vacation. This nearly new residence has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths. Enjoy all the incredible views of Beaver Creek Village walk down to the river just outside your door steps. Designed with your health and well-being in mind, the home was built to LEED Gold Certification standards. All furnishings were selected to ensure they were made with non-toxic organic materials, special paint and window film were used to reduce electric and magnetic fields, whole house water filtration, custom WiFi system and hardwood floors run throughout the home. All of the amenities of The Westin including the year round salt water lap pool, state-of-the-art fitness facility, ski valet, ski shuttle to both resorts and the gondola connecting you to Beaver Creek are within a short walking distance. This home is one of the closest to The Westin and Riverfront Lodge as well as the incredible walkability to Nottingham Lake, Avon shopping and restaurants.

*The Town of Avon has many unique and convenient shopping destinations within walking distance.
* Hiking and biking are right out your door.
*Spend a day exploring the shops and restaurants of Edwards, just 5 miles to the west.
*No need to rent a car as the Resort has a private free shuttle service to Beaver Creek Village (5 minutes) and Vail (15 minutes) every hour (dependent on the time of year). Colorado Mountain Express can take you to/from the Eagle (EGE) (preferred) or Denver (DEN) airport to the resort doorstep.

We are here 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist you.

Free shuttle to both resorts. We are also close to the Avon Transportation Center which can take you anywhere in the county.

A couple of details for you to note:

- No pets, no smoking. HOA rules!

- We have a garage that can fit one car and another car can fit in the driveway. If you have additional details please let me know in advance so I can give you some options

- Expected closing date for Beaver Creek is April 13

- We have tons of recommendations within our condo to help you plan your days and nights.

- Daily housekeeping is typically not provided for short stays, but can be provided on request at an additional cost.

- Note that the Westin Resort & Spa charges a daily $120/day “resort fee” for the use of all the amenities. These fees are customary for a 5-star resort and are not included in our fees. You will pay them directly to the Resort upon arrival.

- Pack and play available upon request. Please let us know in advance so we can have it ready for you.
