All in all it was comfortable and attractively decorated. The view of the river , boats and walking path are both fun and relaxing. I loved that I could walk all around the Pearl area as well as the Saturday market. We will be looking forward to a return stay'

'Wonderful and well-located building in the heart of the Pearl. Loft ceilings, excellent soundproofing, access to the outdoors, and house plants helped make the condo feel like a retreat from the city. Mattress quality is especially important for me in a longer-term stay and I was not disappointed. Three streetcar lines run right in front of the building making it easy to explore the city on public transportation. I rarely needed to be in touch with Meg during my 7-week stay, but the questions...

'My mother, best friend and adult daughter very much enjoyed our stay. The extra touches like the tea and cocoa were unexpected but very much enjoyed. The beds were super comfy and the layout of the condo made our stay pleasant. It was cold/rainy for much of our stay so we didn't get an opportunity to enjoy the patio. The condo is within walking distance of great places to eat/shop/play. The area was quiet and we felt safe everywhere we went. When we return to Portland, we would absolutely stay...

'My son and his wife live in this neighborhood. So many wonderful places to eat. Great grocery store right across the street. The condo is as it looks. Nicely supplied, but as someone else said, only one wine glass? The washing machine does not work. We were there for 3 nights. Slept well. Very quiet. Easy to check in and out. Would stay here again.'

'Great location. Bad parking. Vacasa communication was unclear about the code being to a lockbox in the lobby. Took almost an hour to figure that out. Once that was sorted, everything was great except the parking'

'The property was in a great location. You can tell that the place we stayed in has been used a lot. I’m not mad about it, I would just recommend a deep cleaning. I’m super grateful that we were able to stay in such a great place though and maybe just an upgrade of the bed but I understand the price was amazing so we get what we paid for.'

'Love the apartment and the location, this is the second time I've stayed there. I would definitely stay again. The Washing machine is broken but still works. The late check out process isn't great and there's no flexibility when my plans changed and I needed a few more hours to stay. Communication is great with them and they are very responsive.'

'This was such a fun place to stay for my birthday with my friends. It was very clean, had games to play with friends, and is super close to bars and resteraunts. The only thing was that the check in process was a little confusing. I wish there was more information on where to get the key needed. We had to ask around since there was no one in leasing office. Other than that, I would highly recommend!'

'As we work hard and play harder, this place was great. We used this house for offsite retreat for a few executives. They were able to hunker down, get work done and play some games. Lots of space to spread out.'
