'This cottage was clean, well -furnished and in a great location. The beds were comfortable. There were snacks to eat and a book of suggested places to visit and places to eat. The only reason that I give it a 4 is that the bathroom is a bit challenging. You have to be very careful getting in and out of the tub, the hose was difficult to use and the faucets were backwards. Taking a shower was difficult. It would be hard for someone elderly to navigate.'

'This home is a well done , comfortable carriage house behind the owner's home. It is nicely done for a huge one room area- a nice size kitchen, a wonderful shower, a comfy bed and a comfortable roomy living space. The owner was very responsive to messages and has obviously put a lot of thought and care into his VRBO rental. The street has some very nice homes that have been redone or are being renovated. ' Very nice place. Usually have to drive around the block a few times to find parking unless it’s the middle of the day. Convenient location other than parking. The loft area gets very hot but running the fan helps. Would be perfect if the loft has its own hvac unit. '

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Rather than staying at a boring hotel I looked and found my first air b and b. We were in Ohio to attend the national French Bulldog show. Two other cabins also were there for the same reason. It was wonderful to be able to cook our own meals and “get away from it all” The kitchen was well appointed, with a lot of cooking essentials- a cariety of spices, utensils and even olive oil and cooking sprays. 'Noticed the basement light on went down stairs and found sheets/towels in the washer and dryer. I put the towels in the dryer and placed the dried sheets in a basket. The carpet very dirty. Kitchen floor dirty, knobs and stove dirty. Because of the uncleanness I did not use the kitchen other than a few glasses.
