'We had a wonderful time, the home beautiful, clean & very well equipped with everything you would need or want, right down to shampoo, conditioner & body wash in both bathrooms. We had a great time exploring all different areas on the golf cart which I’m sure was brand new. Lee & Mathis were super at getting back to us right away with any questions we had. 'Kevin was great. He answered any questions we had and his villa was perfect! Although we didn't do any cooking, the kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware and cooking utensils and paper supplies in the bathrooms and kitchen. There was even a Keurig and several K-cups. We enjoyed coffee and donuts on the lanai and sitting in the sun on the lounge chairs. My wife particularly enjoyed riding the golf cart to the town squares. 'The house and location are both excellent and highly recommended. Our only issue was the air conditioning. We did call on the first day but then it seemed to improve so we can canceled the service call. But it got hotter every day after that. Partly my bad, and I'm sure it's been addressed by now. So we recommend the property with no reservations. '

'We loved the location and layout of this property. Close to the Brownwood Paddock Square and grocery stores and restaurants. The open layout of the home was perfect for us. We enjoyed the community pool and recreation center. This home was cat friendly which is a rarity and we would highly recommend it!!'

'The property has everything one could want in a vacation home with the amazing lake views from most rooms. We used the screened in porch many times to visit and eat. I caught fish from the dock and had fun trying out a kayak for the first time. The location is also great with a short drive to Inverness and many good restaurants. Crystal River is also nearby where we went and swam with the manatees which was a great adventure using Explorida for the tour guide.'

'We enjoyed the house. In winter when we were there, the pool takes a long time to heat. The attached spa takes less time but if the days & esp. the nights are below 60 both take a while to heat. We did get a few days of pleasant swimming once the pool heated up. Check in was easy. House is well equipped. We loved visiting parks in the Ocala area so the house is well situated for that. We did find the beds & pillows could have been better but everyone has their own needs in that regard. All in...

'House was very clean. Some shampoo… some soap and toothpaste supplied. Kitchen supplies…condiments , clothes detergent, toilet paper… you will need to buy. For any home in Villages… it would be good to better understand the golf cart paths… give more instruction. We used the maps app on our phone and put in for 🚲 since carts and bike paths are shared in The Villages. It took a a day or two to figure that out… not all roads are golf cart friendly. Mark was great about switching out the bikes...
