Welcome to this beautiful flat in Benalmadena, ideal for 4 guests. It has a shared swimming pool and is only a 10 minute walk from the Bil Bil beach.
The single-storey flat is located in a residential area and offers an oasis of comfort and entertainment. You can cool off and enjoy the sun in the 13 x 8 metre swimming pool with a constant depth of 1.8 m. Once inside the flat, the porch invites you to relax in the fresh air, while on the terrace you can enjoy al fresco meals with your companions or take a nap in the comfortable hanging chair.

The interior is designed for comfort. The living room is furnished with a sofa and armchair and features a Smart TV perfect for relaxing in the evening watching your favourite series. The separate ceramic hob and induction cooker has all the necessary utensils for you to prepare delicious meals. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The two bedrooms are well equipped, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A full bathroom with shower completes your stay. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide a cot and high chair.

With a privileged location just 700 metres from Bil Bil Beach, the flat offers easy access to the coast to enjoy the sun and sea. The surrounding area also offers a wide range of restaurants, shops and activities to explore and enjoy during your holiday stay. We recommend strolling around the marina of Puerto Marina and enjoying the Tivoli World amusement park, exploring the Colomares Castle and visiting the Jardin de las Águilas

Pool opening hours: The pool is open from June to September from 10:00h to 22:00h.
