'Beautiful property! The staff was very accommodating and very nice. Our room was fresh and clean on arrival, which was a plus for me! We LOVED the pool. Whoever designed it, was very intelligent! All the food was delicious and the bars were just what we needed for our relaxed vacation! We will definitely visit again in the future.'

'The entire resort was absolutely beautiful. It did have a slight smell and I’m sure it was from the hall carpet from hurricane. Best part about that is my last day there they were closing to remodel. My husband and I are waiting for the opening to book next year.'

'Before anything, I have to mention the staff at JOIA. Everyone was so lovely and welcoming and that made the trip so much more enjoyable. Our butlers Danilo and Edward were lovely and constantly gave us daily updates with everything happening each day with hours of the restaurants. They were always asking if we needed anything and decorated our room for us (we were on our honeymoon). Maria our concierge was also very sweet and personally reached out to make sure everything was going smoothly....
