Kies je hotel in Chesterfield County

'Absolutely stunning hotel and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant! We will definitely be back if we ever need to come to Richmond again!'

'Great place to stay in Richmond. Located within a half mile of VCU’s medical campus and also close to Richmond’s city center. There are restaurants within a few minutes walking distance and a cute coffee shop too. The hotel itself has a cozy and modern feel. The staff were friendly and helpful! Would stay again!'

'Beautiful hotel and great accommodations. Staff was friendly and helpful.'

'Specious room with nice bath. It was very quiet! Close to everything we planned to visit.'

'Staying at the Jefferson is like stepping into an old movie set in a beautiful hotel (and I am sure it has in fact "starred" in a few movies). The hotel is immaculate and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was inviting and, honestly, I think the bed is one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in — perfect mattress, perfect pillows, cool sheets. We hope we can have another little getaway there someday!'

'The staff was so friendly, helpful and accommodating! The room was super clean and the bed was perfect!'

'It was pretty cheap but the elevators were disgusting. I was there for six days and I told the front office that I never got any service: no towels, no sheets. There was a sign that said that they were trying to conserve water and energy so they only service rooms every three days. When I mentioned this to the front desk, I was told that I had to call and arrange for fresh towels and cleaning. Next time I will pay for a little more service.'
