Sundown Cozy Cabin w/ Jacuzzi 🔸 Relaxing Romantic Couples Getaway

Welcome to The Sundown Cozy Cabin! This 1960's cabin has been nicely updated but still retains the charm of a classic Big Bear getaway. Enjoy the private backyard with mature pine trees on a brisk morning with a cup of coffee or cozy up to the fire for a couples weekend. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and smart TV will make it hard to leave but when you do you will be a short drive to skiing, lake activities and all the other events that make Big Bear a year round place.
The space
This property can sleep two with 1 queen size bed in the bedroom. There is a new jacuzzi and hammock (seasonal) in the backyard, making this cozy spot your home away from home! The backyard is equipped with a propane grill, and provides the perfect atmosphere for a backyard bbq! Efficient kitchen has all the necessary items you will need to whip up your meals, including a new air fryer! Smart 50 in. TV, record player, games and comfortable furniture, perfect for binge reading, are provided to create a comfortable stay during your getaway.

**P E T P O L I C Y**

We love dogs! Please let us know ahead of time if a pet is traveling with you. We have a one small pup max (unless special arrangements are made) and we expect all dogs to be very well trained - and not left in home alone unless in a crate. All dogs are an additional $65 per stay.

Guest access
There is a digital keypad on the front door. The code for the keypad will be provided on the day of check in. There is a two car maximum.
Other things to note
There is one outdoor security camera. This is there for your safety and the safety of our home when no one is there. The camera does not see into the cabin at all.

The backyard lights are on a timer, and automatically shut off at 10:30pm. Should you need additional time, please feel free to touch the button on the smart plug.

While the Pine trees are absolutely stunning in the backyard, they can be quite messy! Please be mindful and do your best to leave your shoes at the door. Thank you!

Please let me know if you're bringing a pet. There is a one pup max, unless special arrangements are made. We expect all dogs to be very well trained, no furniture chewers please. Please do not leave dogs unattended. If left unattended, they must be left in a crate. There is a flat fee of $65 per stay. We have a fenced in backyard for your pup to roam. Charges will accrue if poop is not picked up from the yard.

Please note, that this house is located in a mountain town. Seasonal changes can attract ants/bugs. Please let us know if anything is observed upon arrival so that we can remedy the situation.

Mountain areas are known to experience brief power outages from time to time. The house is equipped with storm lights in addition to flashlights.

The cabin is located in Big Bear City, which is a 5-10 minute drive to Big Bear Village, Big Bear Lake, and the ski resorts!

Please refer to the Big Bear Lake website for information regarding snow conditions. If you're traveling in mountain regions during winter months you must carry chains and be prepared to install them should CalTrans mandate it. Follow weather and road conditions carefully before traveling.
