'The lobby and gym were nice, but the rest of the experience felt very uncomfortable. The hallways were dark, had low ceilings, and didn’t feel especially clean, and there were many older-style rooms with sliding glass doors opening directly to the parking lot. Unfortunately, the deadbolt on our room door also didn’t work. We felt unsafe enough that we quietly left and booked another hotel instead — without even requesting a refund — simply because we no longer felt comfortable staying there.'

'The room locks looked like they were hot glued on, wires exposed and all. After seeing this, I asked for a new room. They were at least understanding with that. But the second rooms lock was only marginally better. Still glued on, but no wires.'

'Hotel is being renovated and construction dust everywhere. Reserved jacuzzi room and it was out of order. No towels and instead of bringing towels they moved us to another room. So tired of walking long long hallways. Breakfast buffet was very limited with no fruit, plates, breads or muffins. Had to get front desk staff to provide food replacements for 9 people at 8am the 1st morning and 5 people at 7:30 the 2nd morning.'

'We had an absolutely terrible stay. The pictures listed of the property do not match the rooms. The room was dingy and had bugs and ticks on the sheets. We tried to push past the issue but the staff charged us extra after already paying for our entire stay. We had to place a $100 deposit down even though again, the room was already paid for after checking in. This deposit wasn’t explained and wasn’t refunded even after staff mentioned that it would be.
