Need safety bars in showers. All these items are definitely fixable. Loved staying here!!'

'This newly renovated property was clean and in a great location! The only markdown we have would be for the complications associated with accessing the property. Parking was terrible due to construction (not the fault of the property owner) and it was difficult to ascertain which property was even our rental. Overall, an AMAZING property that I’m sure we’ll return to in the future.'

'We stayed in Santa Cruz for 2 months and it was absolutely perfect! The space is beautiful and in an incredible neighborhood. It is walking distance from a park (perfect for my 18 month son), the ocean, and so many fun local spots. Marcus is also the absolute best host. He always responded right away if we needed anything and overall made us feel very welcome. I cannot recommend this space enough. If you are looking for somewhere to stay while in incredible Santa Cruz, look no further!'

'Very nice and complete house in beautiful setting. Close to the beach and the lovely village of Aptos (shops, restaurants) and St. Cruz and Capitola. We had one request to the owners to which they responded very promptly. '

'My partner and I stayed at Jane's property for the weekend and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Although we initially had a problem with the door code, we called Ken and he quickly helped us to resolve it. It was very clean and had a lot of thoughtful touches that let us know that they cared about their guests (i.e. extra pillows, extra blankets, snacks, etc...) Also, the amenities were great too, like the modern dish washer, microwave and coffee maker. And of course the view from the deck looking...

'Everything was very clean and just as pictured. No A/C, but turns out it wasn’t needed due to cool ocean air. We could walk to the beach and boardwalk easy enough, even though there was a lot of construction in the area. We stayed in to cook some of the time, and everything needed was there. My only complaint is I would have preferred to communicate via text instead of email. Otherwise it was a great place and we would go back!'

'Wonderful property and beautiful views. The beach was a short walk from the condo, and the swimming pools were heated. Great place for a big family. A park for the kids was close by, as well as shopping, a market, and restaurants- all within walking distance. It was also a short drive to many tourist places. The condo was well equipped and maintained and was exactly as described. It was very relaxing and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay again, and we recommend.'

'I’ve been to seascape resort for a meal before but never stayed over- will definitely be staying here again. Our young family of 4 loved the location- easy walk to the beach via the property, access to heated pool and spa. Conveniently located bar/restaurant on property. A few restaurants across the street for more casual dining. Sunset was AMAZING!'

'I was here for three nights. I enjoyed the view of the ocean and the coastal trees, the quick walk down to the beach. I could here the ocean waves from the balcony. I would come back again!'

'The location of the property was everything one can wish for however the condo itself seemed smaller than we expected. We couldn’t fit comfortably on the queen size bed, we are average size people, one of us had to sleep on the pullout sofa bed that was pretty uncomfortable. The kitchenette was really small, no oven or full size fridge. Overall we had a good time but for the price we expected a bit more.'

'I loved the location and house. It was exactly ss described. I did the local history museum, the Wharf, and the Monterey Bay Natural Marine Sanctuary. Ate dinner at the Crows Nest 5 min away. Great view, okay food. So much I didn't see though. I only wish I could stay longer.'

'The couch is not very comfortable for sleeping. The internet was down for our three day stay. Cell service is minimal at best. All that aside, the place is beautiful and the river is a nice teat. Ride the steam train while you are there.'
