'My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. It was clean and had a lovely view from the main deck. What really made this house amazing was our hostess, Annie. She was very accommodating. Our breakfast was outstanding. Annie was extremely knowledgeable of the area and the best places to visit and eat. The house has a couple decks that could use some updating and a vine was well on its way to choking out a beautiful large tree near the main deck. Take note that if you’re planning on renting...

'Came back to harpers ferry where we honeymooned 4 years ago. Decided to stay at the inn. It was charming and so convenient to the barn with live music and gave us a chance to watch the eagles beat the cowboys! Everything was steps away. Breakfast was great.'

'Beautiful property, beautiful farm and great old House. Farm store right next by was great also. However, no TV in our room and the TV downstairs wasn’t working, also no WiFi at all. I understand getting away from it all in the beautiful country, but to have no internet was disappointing. The breakfast was made and left in fridge before we arrived. It was a tasty plate of cold cuts, fruit , cheeses. A nice hot breakfast featuring eggs and meats from their farm would have been a lot more fun. ...

'Loved the fact that the inn is old and historic. Room was great. I’m a sports nut and downtime on weekends i like to watch some college football. Be forewarned, there is no TV. Which ends up good as you can hear conversations from the room beside yours. I didn’t care for the music from the barn behind the property although it did end at a reasonable hour. These are small things but I tend to be sensitive to extraneous sounds. '

'We really enjoyed our stay at this little house! We came from different areas to hang out, relax and catch up in person. Scott and Margie could not have been better hosts! They were so gracious about letting us borrow a crockpot when I realized I had forgotten mine. The best part was an evening by the fire pit down at the river. Magical.'
