Casa Vista Azul is a beautiful 2 bedroom condo with access to resort style amenities! You will love walking into Casa Vista Azul as you can see the Ocean View from the main entrance of the condo. You will walk into the gourmet kitchen area with all the necessary pots and pans that one may need for those nights that you decide to cook in. The guest bedroom is in front of the kitchen area and provides an ensuite bathroom and ample closet space. You will then pass the dining table and into the living room area. The master bedroom is located across from the living room area and provides an ensuite bathroom along with ample closet space. Enjoy amazing ocean views from the terrace area that will provide outdoor seating and a built in BBQ area. Our place is great for couples, families, golfers, sport fishing enthusiasts, etc. Our condo is fully equipped with beautiful furnishings, kitchen with granite countertop, entire condo water purification system, laundry room, and outdoor built in BBQ area with sink.

Copala is a private gated community within Quivira. You will have access to the Copala clubhouse (walking distance) that has an infinity pool, kiddie pool, gym, spa, coffee shop, snack bar and concierge.

Staying at Copala gives you access to other Quivira Resorts, two on site hotels Pueblo Bonito Sunset and Pacifica (adults only) and Rose and Blanco hotels at Medano Beach. You have many dining options, most with a 20% discount. We do recommend a car rental for those that like to be able to go places when they want at a certain time. We can assist with having a car rental delivered to the condo and picked up before you depart.

We had a rough welcome into Mexico at the airport. Security was super rude and not welcoming at all. We were all aggravated after getting no sleep and traveling all day. Deny was in touch with us along the way to make sure we found the place. Then..... we pulled up to the condo to do Deny with a huge smile on his face to embrace us. He turned our frown upside down instantly. He was so friendly and helpful that we were able to set the airport aggravation aside. He really make a huge impact on the satisfaction of our stay. The place was beautiful as well. Only negative experience about the stay was that the hottub wasn't hot but we dealt with it.

Great place / communication challenging

We love the property and the place was great. Fully stocked with what we needed. Could see splashes from whales from the balcony. Since our flight got delayed nobody met us. They provided directions for check in. Pablo was responsive but I felt like we were never given directions or an overview of who we call for various issues. When we were going to have to stay longer or ran out of soap. Pablo contacted the right people but on his day off we had no idea who to contact. Just not well organized.

Wow! Amazing Ocean view!

The unit is very well equipped with everything we needed. Just made a quick grocery run and contacted the property manager who was amazing (Pablo) and very attentive. He met us at the unit and greeted us with beer, chip & salsa and a huge smile. We look forward to staying here again.

Excellent 10 day stay over Christmas and New Year

This was our 8th year in a row spending Christmas and New Year in Cabo and the condo in Copala did not disappoint.We discovered several years ago that Quivira and the Pacific side are cleaner and much quieter.The luxurious condo was furnished extremely well and had all the amenities we needed for a 10 day stay.The check-in process was seamless and communicating with the property manager was quick and efficient.When staying on the Quivira/Pacific side, it is highly recommended to rent a vehicle. While there are shuttles and taxis, it is much easier when you have your own transportation.As we begin booking for next Christmas, we will definitely book this luxurious condo again.

Kristen was amazing. I had trouble booking a sailing trip and she booked it for me. I was sick the day of my trip and she changed the booking to another day. Above and beyond the call of duty. Condo was beautiful with a full ocean view. Not a sliver of a view. The Copala property is very secure. Multiple security checkpoints before reaching the property. Check-in was excellent with Fredirico. He was there when we arrived and helped take our groceries to the condo. He had made salsa and chips and there was beer in the fridge which was appreciated. Pools were super. Condo and property really clean. Enuf said!!

Spacious, clean, accommodating

We stayed for 1 week in April, unit was very clean and comfortable. Federico met us at check out and gave us the tour, provided all information we needed and answered all our questions. He even brought us beach chairs and umbrella for our use for when we visited local beaches. Has nice ocean view from this unit, short walk to club house which has bar/kitchen near pool.

I'll start the review by saying thanks to the staff at Cabo Property Mgmt. Working with Kristen was 5+ stars. She was responsive on providing property details, getting us airport transportation and securing car rental. We had to leave 2 weeks into our month long trip due to a family emergency and she was able to quickly get everything we needed in order to depart timely. Another 5+ stars to Federico as he made the check in process smooth by walking through the property and answering our questions. The property is on the 2nd floor and worked well for our family of 3. There is a grill to bbq some amazing Sonoran steaks to go along with a fully stocked kitchen. There is also a clothes washer and dryer that came in handy. The property is associated with Pueblo Bonito resorts so is very safe and a lot of amenities are available just a shuttle ride away. Just know you will have to be patient if you want to use the shuttle to/from Sunset Beach or to the other resorts. Having a rental car is ideal here. I hope in the near future we can make it back to Cabo and specifically this condo.

We spent an amazing month in this beautiful condo, combining work and vacation time. The unit was exactly as described and shown in pics, and any questions we had were answered quickly by the management team. Super helpful. The property was great, views are awesome. There was an issue with the TV which the property manager and owner worked to fix upon check-in. Unfortunately , the signal is sporadic which can be very frustrating. We could not watch the superbowl in the condo. Hope it gets resolved

EXCELLENT PROPERTY

Well maintained property. Very well stocked in the kitchen. Comfortable mattress. Plenty of towels. Excellent property management that keeps in good contact and shows you around and comes over when you leave as well. This way no surprises after you check out. You must have a car to stay here. The community is huge and you need transportation. You go past 3 guarded gates to enter community. Very safe. We always rent a car no matter where we stay in Cabo so not an issue for us. The pool in May was empty. Never saw a sole. The only downfall is if you are a light sleeper. The person that lives above is a heavy sole walker. Not any fault of the property. If you bring ear plugs, you will be just fine. We would definitely stay here again.

Cabo Trip 2023

The property was more than expected ....very clean, large, bright and being stocked with all kinds of condiments, etc. They even had a washer and dryer. The surrounding property itself is very quiet, with shuttle service to restaurants in the area. We did not go into town while we were there, which was fine for us. Since we had been in Cabo the prior week, we did not need airport service, but the Property manager was excellent and arranged for transport to our next hotel at the end of our stay. Overall, enjoyed the stay.

Amazing view and all the comforts of home.

The entire process from start to finish was so easy even with an early check in and late checkout due to our flight times. The place is just as pictured and the furniture was so comfy especially the bed. We had a great nights sleep every night. All the amenities we needed to cook so don't hesitate to order groceries to be delivered. We will definitely be back. Love the ability to go to the market and other properties. The best of all worlds.

My family stayed the first week of the year. A beautiful view from the unit. The many pools were quiet and easy to get a lounge chair. Went to the Sunset Resort two days and my teenage girls liked everything it offered. The only advice I would give people is go to the Market at the Sunset Resort and purchase a ticket to get to downtown. Very cheap, safe and easy. Second option is take the shuttle out the main gate and use Uber. Only a taxi can come in and pick you up in front of the unit. Cost was $20 for four into town compared to around $9 for Uber. Sometimes convenience costs a little more. The unit had everything we needed. Used Elklier Car Service to go from the airport to the condo. I arranged for an hour stop at Walmart. It was real easy and we got all our supplies for the week. We would for sure go back and rent this unit again.

Wonderful 2 week vacation with family.

This was our first time staying here. We normally stay at our time share at a different resort complex but we wanted a quieter place this trip. We absolutely would recommend the unit. It was perfectly maintained, well stocked with all the ammenities youd need, it was clean and welcoming. The view was excellent for watching the sunrise with a morning coffee, and the outdoor barbecue was a nice touch for eating dinner out on the deck in the evening. The resort staff maintained the grounds and pool area meticulously. The host was very professional to deal with. We will certainly be back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this unit to anyone looking for a quiet restful vacation .

9 days of pure enjoyment

We loved our stay in Cabo. Our condo had a beautiful view which we enjoyed everyday. The condo had everything we needed and more. Kristen, the property manager was great to work with. If you choose to use shuttles as transportation, you do need to plan out your day in advance. But we had no major problems. We will be back.
