'This is an older but nicely remodeled home. Beautiful views even with a rainy weekend. The lake laps right up to the edge of the property. Very close to town for entertainment but far enough away that you can get alone time. We would make 2 very strong recos. Put up curtains or blinds in the living room; it's disconcerting that the neighbors can see right in. Also, leave an instruction sheet for the TV; it was very challenging trying to figure out how the remote worked and what options were...

'We had a nice stay- we walked from the cabin to the hotel for dinner and had a great time. We also walked over to the bakery in the morning for scones and empanadas. The creek runs the behind the house. There is no wifi or cable so it was a good opportunity to unplug and relax.'

'I hosted all of my friends for my husbands birthday party. It was the perfect venue to get away from it all-- enough lodging for our friends, and great privacy. The owner checked us in and out, but other than that we were on our own-- exactly how we wanted it :) Houses are perfectly appointed with plenty of supplies for cooking and eating.
