'This was really a wonderful space right on lake Kentucky for our family of 4 to stay in for a weekend. There was a pool table, 4 kayaks, and a small dock. Also Paducah is not far. As a result there was plenty to do! Highly recommend.'

'We stayed for the weekend for the prairie festival, this place is close to everything in Grand Rivers. It was very clean and nice. Smelled wonderful too. Lots of towels so you didnt have to worry about running out. For those that love a good shower, the pressure was great. There is a little coffee bar, with coffees, teas, and hot chocolate. The beds were very comfortable and nice. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back in the future.'

'Location was perfect and condo view is beautiful. Our kiddos loved the sand and beach area and the floating dock. Condo was clean and well maintained. The sun room was our favorite feature with wonderful sunrise and sunset views. Not far from some good local mom and pop restaurants as well as Pattie’s Settlement. We will definitely be back!'

'We loved how close this property was to the lake. There is a house that sits in front of this four Plex the blocks the direct view. However, it is a very simple walk down to the water with a nice boat dock and a nice big area to have a fire. The stairs are extremely steep. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.'
