'Where to begin... The property is as far north in Moultonborough as you can get. It's approximately 12 minutes north of the center of town. The property was not clean, may not have been even broom swept! There was toothpaste on the backsplash of the downstairs sink, the stove had never been cleaned, cobwebs and spiders in various places, stained pillowcases, dishes were left in the dishwasher, the toilet bowls did not appear cleaned either. 'We thoroughly enjoyed our get-away in the NH mountains! This location is convenient to so many things. Lovely mountain, great community center, and such a cozy, comfortable home to stay in! The master suite upstairs was very comfortable (window shades would improve both moonlight and morning sun disturbances). 'This ski house has everything you'd need. It's in a wonderful location (Waterville Estates). The bedrooms and bathrooms are all on the same floor and kitchen living space is open, feels spacious. Convenient location to the ski areas. Owner has excellent communication and the check in / out process was a breeze.'
