The location is good, but our rooms were very noisy as they faced a major road with heavy traffic throughout the day (sound-reducing windows would have been nice). There are many good restaurants nearby, and it’s easy to get around due to the central location. The rooms are spacious, and we appreciated the kitchen, washing machine, and complimentary beach towels.
However, there were no power outlets near the bed, which was quite inconvenient and felt like a big missed opportunity. Communication with the hotel was often frustrating. There were too many communication channels (Expedia, email, and WhatsApp), yet messages received on Expedia were only automated responses. WhatsApp was somewhat more effective for texting or calling, but even then, staff did not follow up on our request for clean towels or toilet paper. I escalated the issue through Expedia, but it was not resolved and Expedia gave us some OneKeyCash to compensate.
Overall, I would not consider staying at this hotel again.
