'The spa was beautiful and relaxing. Pools were nice. We spent most of our time in preferred pool. The staff in hotel are all wonderful. Our butler, Andre was great. Pool concierges, Irving and Abraham were awesome in helping with pool chairs. The preferred sky bar was also amazing. And the staff was very attentive. One hiccup upon check in. 'They asked if we were celebrating anything, we told them we were celebrating an anniversary. They proceeded to not do anything to make us feel special. In that case, why ask? There was mold in the bathroom. Wish I took pictures but if you’re in room 2548, the bathroom ceiling is very moldy. Coming home, all my clothes reeked like mold. There were a couple employees that were very nice. But overall would not stay here again. I wish there was more information online about restaurants/food was...
