All-inclusive hotels in Cancún-Zuid

'At the beginning it was an issue with the room it was obstructed but then I contacted Jesus that was our concierge from Expedia and he move thing around and help us to get in a room with better conditions he is great and very helpful '

'Terrible service, especially at the reception desk, they just couldn’t care less. You are just passing through and they know it. Severe issues with the toilets in the lobby/restaurant (see pictures). They didn’t provide enough towels for a family of four, nor toilet paper, no coffee pods (but reading the reviews this has been going on for years now), for every little detail you need to go down to the lobby and ask for it. Bathroom is flooded after taking a shower, and the pillows are the worst....
