'The location is perfect. Quick access to downtown JP and the T to Boston. Franklin Park was part of our daily activity for a nature walk. Things we look for in VRBOs: comfy beds, clean, good common gathering space. A+ across the board. The seating in the living could use a few more seats since you could have 9 people sleeping in the apartment, but we made use of the giant dining table in the open kitchen and living area. For the 5 of us, it was more than ample! The space is incredibly clean...

'Very clean with high ceilings and large windows. Brand new furnishings and appliances. Comfortable mattress. Subway station right out the door. Faneuil Hall 15 minutes walk, North end 20 minutes. Easy, clear instructions for check in. Great place!'

'Family trip for our son’s graduation gift/ big Red Sox Fan!! Loved the house. Very clean, beds so comfortable. It had everything we needed to cook. We used Uber Eats for local Target groceries. Bus stop very close by then rode to subway into city. Plenty of linens and as described in listing. Affordable and host was quick with thorough communication. The fire station sirens were never a bother during night hours.'

'Nice and picturesque flat in Savin Hill (South Boston). Kitchen well equipped. Just 5 minutes from the metro station (red line), 15 minutes by metro to downtown. Nice area with a supermarket and a pub.'

'This place was great for our out-of-town guests with five bedrooms (though one was a twin with a trundle) and 2.5 bathrooms. The best part was the comfortable living/dining room, which was perfect for hanging out. It was also a convenient walk to the T. We appreciated the clear communication and how clean it was. 'We enjoyed the quiet location. Condo was very clean and welcoming. 12 minutes away from downtown Boston (ether Uber or redline subway). Great communication with the hosts. And if you want to go for a walk at the Boston Harborwalk, it’s only less than half a mile away. We will definitely book this condo next time we go back to Boston. 'My family and I stayed in this property for the Army Navy game. It was fantastic. Great space, very central location, easy access to parking and safe neighborhood. The open space was perfect for our family to cook and relax together. We walked and ran in the neighborhood and felt very safe. The hosts were responsive and always available.
