'The property was extremely clean and in the perfect spot around where we needed to be. The property managers were very helpful and continued to check in on us to make sure we had everything we needed! Highly recommended this listing!'

'The place is great, especially the big screened in porch. If it's too cold (I guess it actually does happen in Austin) to eat on the porch or something, and you have more than two people for a meal, there are only two places to sit at the kitchen island. Otherwise, it's dandy. '

'Charming Victorian condo on the 2nd floor (stairs). Large spaces and king beds were the highlights. Located near campus. Communication with property management was timely and professional. Things to consider would be parking, as it is street parking. '

'We loved this home. The location was ideal, not far from any of the outings we did, but still in a quiet neighborhood. The house appears to be brand new and finished very well. The layout was so good that it felt much more spacious than 1k feet. Covered parking in the yard was ideal too. We’ll absolutely book it again for our next trip to Austin. '
