Dit prive lagere niveau appartement is gelegen op Trout Creek met de kreek recht uit je deur. Deze kamer is geschikt voor een groep van 6 comfortabel. Het is een open ruimte met meerdere bedden. Het heeft een volledige moderne keuken. Het heeft ook een tafelvoetbal tafel, tafeltennistafel, tafel en stoelen, een terras met tafel en stoelen, koffiepot, grote flatscreen-tv, compleet met satelliet-tv. We hebben ook een kampvuurplaats voor onze gasten om te genieten tijdens het bekijken van de sterrenhemel. Een gas grill is beschikbaar voor alle gasten met een eethoek in de openlucht, als goed. Vissen is open op Trout Creek, maar ook op onze privévijver. De Shoshone River is net onder de Lodge en Buffalo Bill Reservoir is 1/2 mijl afstand. De Buffalo Bill State Park en camping grenst aan het pand met toegang tot de rivier de Shoshone, een speeltuin en tal van wegen voor het nemen van wandelingen in de avond. Dit is de perfecte rustige get-a-weg gelegen in het paradijs van de natuur. De bomen zorgen voor schaduw als je gaat zitten op de oever van de beek en te ontspannen. Plan om te verblijven een extra dag bij ons gewoon om te genieten van wat we hebben om hier te bieden.

We had a long trip and this was just a sleep spot for our extended family visit but the accommodations were lovely - very well thought out and the hosts were very kind. We hope we have an opportunity to come again and stay longer.

This place was exactly as described. Our grandkids had so much fun......it was perfect for us. We loved the proximity to Cody and Yellowstone entrance. We would definitely rent again!

The stream and pond are the highlights if this property. The beds were comfortable and while it is one big room there is space for everyone and roomy enough for everyhing you need. I would definitely make sure to have a day to explore and enjoy they outdoor spaces available with this stay.

This is a wonderful place to stay, outside the city. Beautiful views. Stream and river nearby with trout and was able to watch a herd of elk only 1/2 mile away. Kids enjoyed their time in the private pond with paddle and row boats.

This property was a total surprise. The description does not do it justice. Beautiful property, we wish that we could have stayed longer. The creek next to the property gives you relaxing sounds 24vhours. It is basically one ginormous room with a king bed, queen bed, bunks with full sizedbed and a twin. This will be the perfect property to bring our grandchildren to. If you have the energy left after exploring Cody & Yellowstone, you can play foosball, ping pong, unlimited games, books, fishing, walking, exploring the pond, canoeing, kayaking, or paddle boating on the pond. It was the perfect place to just relax! Convenient location for exploring Yellowstone and Cody. There are not enough words to say how wonderfully perfect this property is for a single, couple, friends, and family!

This is a beautiful spot that is close to Yellowstone but far from the crowds. The home is nice and clean, and they have worked hard to make it very beautiful and comfortable. The creek is awesome and is right by the door. The pond was also fun with boats to use. Our kids loved it! :-)

The property was as listed. The kids loved the pond where they were able to catch and release many small trout. They also had very good luck walking just a short distance to the river where they caught multiple large trout. The stream was beautiful and so close to the house. The mountain view was stunning. We also loved sitting on the swing. The property owners were wonderful. They answered all our questions and were right there when we needed something. They also gave us privacy. The kids loved the ping pong table. The kitchen worked well for us. The only thing we didn't love was that there was carpet in the bathroom and it was a lower level apartment so you couldn't see the view from inside, but we knew thats what we were getting when we booked. As soon as you stepped outside the views would take your breath away. The location to Cody and the Yellowstone was perfect. Our family had a great time here!

We stayed three nights as part of a trip through Yellowstone and then to Cody. Home is as pictured, nice western feel. The owners were helpful in communicating needed info. They do live onsite, as mentioned, but the unit has a good amount of privacy. The creek next to the property is lovely. My kids were sad they couldn’t wade in, as it was flowing fast due to snow melt this year. I imagine this is only really the case from May-July or so, likely much calmer in other times. Nice to listen to at night! Grass was mowed around the creek and the lake/pond, so you could easily fish in either. We planned to, but didn’t have time on this trip. It’s about 25 minutes west of Cody, so fairly convenient to Cody if you need to make a grocery run, but 25 minutes closer to Yellowstone which was nice. If you don’t mind driving each day, the East Entrance to YNP is really beautiful (and less crowded). The scenery from Wapiti to East Entrance YNP is really beautiful in its own right and several spots worthy of pulling over to take in the views. Unit was clean, lots of space. Beds were comfortable. Full sized fridge in kitchen, stove top, Keurig and dishwasher. Kids enjoyed ping pong & foosball. We didn’t need the heat, but I do believe it’s heated with a space heater, from the notes. All floors are carpeted, including bathroom, which I imagine helps with cold in fall/winter. May be an issue for some, but it was all clean. It’s a good base for YNP East/NE.

Neat, clean and well organized accommodations on a beautiful property. It was very spacious and fit our family of 4 comfortably. John and Gina are very kind, responsive and helpful and willing to share tips about the area. The extras of the ping pong table, foosball, games and books are a great touch. The kitchen is well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

My family of 9 stayed here for a over night. I really enjoyed sitting in the swing by the river. My son loved the foosball table and I only wish we had more time to go fishing. It was great for what we needed for a nights stay!

A well-stocked and spacious place to stay with everything as described. It was helpful for us to have all the beds so we each could sleep in our own. The scenery was beautiful and it wasn’t too far from town. Definitely was helpful to buy our groceries and have them at the house to use the kitchen and grill since there’s not a whole lot available between and in Yellowstone, without the crowds.

The property, the owners, the accomodations were absolutely superb! Not only met, but exceeded my expectations. Owners went above and beyond to accommodate us in varied ways. Communications were excellent, ambiance relaxing and homey. Just wish we could have stayed longer and just enjoyed the natural surroundings. Our bookworm daughter lost herself in a field with a picnic table that beckoned her to sit and read amongst the tall grasses and trees and sounds of the stream current sealed her temporary escape. She and enjoyed playing ping pong too, something I hadn't done in years, but it all se to come back. Not once did we turn tv on. A treasured locale

We stayed 8 nights and it was perfect for our family of 6! Had plenty of room and the kids loved the ping pong table! So much to do right on the property we enjoyed cooking and using the creek and lake after long days in Yellowstone! It is a very short distance to Cody which has a Walmart and many restaurants! We would definitely stay again if in the area!

This gorgeous property is located in the perfect spot. Close enough for a trip into Cody, but far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle of town. The surrounding landscape is breathtaking.

We really enjoyed our stay! We had a family reunion across the Lake, so it was a perfect place to stay. Awesome room for families, fun activities, and scenery. We really enjoyed the pond and paddle boat even though the weather was unseasonably cold. The kitchen was well stocked, and user friendly. We stayed 2 nights. Little bit of a drive to go do stuff, but a scenic gorgeous drive. The 2 larger beds looked the same in the pictures, so it was a nice surprise to see there were 2! I had figured it was a sofa bed.

INCREDIBLE. If I could go back and replan my entire trip...i would've just stayed here the entite time. So clean I think you could eat off the floor...The owners are extremely kind. The views....wow. One of our best ever stays at anywhere I've been.
