'Booked this hotel on a whim and am so glad we did. The location is perfect in a quiet neighborhood with a stunning view just minutes from beaches or town. The rooms are so charming and comfortable but we spent most of our time on the property on the patio by the pool. The drinks and food did not disappoint. But it’s the staff that made our stay so delightful. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else on future visits. '

'I stayed in the Family Selection and liked how close to the pool and The Nest restaurant we were. The food was great every time we ate breakfast, lunch or dinner there. All the restaurants we ate at were good overall, depending on what you ordered.
The butler service was the best perk ever. Josue, Moises and Isaias were all incredible. They really went above and beyond to help us and provided top notch service. The complimentary sun shirts for our 13 year olds was a life saver (skin saver!)...

'Todo muy bien ...he viajado a muchas franquicias y es muy buen nivel en todos los sentidos ..habia muchos comentarios negativos antes del viaje por otros clientes ,pero tambien hay que entender que hay formas de pedir , apoyar a los empleados con propinas , ellos tratan de hacer lo mejor y ese extra es justo ... hay temas para mejor como todo, hagan un mejor canal de comunicacion cliente- hotel , eso dara muchos datos para ir mejorando ...pero en general SI REGRESO ..'

'Yes we enjoyed the pool very much! I love that it’s only 4 and a bit feet deep throughout. It was nice to be on the adult side for sure. We enjoyed the pillar pool as well, a bit quieter. Our room was clean with plenty of towels daily! Staff were very good and super friendly! The rooftop pool was also beautiful to watch the sunset! The hacienda side where we stayed is a little tired, but overall good! We will come back next year! '
