'Booked this hotel on a whim and am so glad we did. The location is perfect in a quiet neighborhood with a stunning view just minutes from beaches or town. The rooms are so charming and comfortable but we spent most of our time on the property on the patio by the pool. The drinks and food did not disappoint. But it’s the staff that made our stay so delightful. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else on future visits. '

'Overpriced and not a 4 star. All smoke and mirrors. Food is horrible , not enough variety. Not well stocked bar, watered down drinks, pool side bathrooms very dirty not kept up through out the day. 'The Marriott is a terrific resort. The staff are excellent and the restaurants delicious. We only had one issue. We booked a 3rd floor room and were given a 9th floor then an 8th floor room. One of our guests is terrified of heights so was uncomfortable in that room but we were told there were no other rooms available. Booked through Expedia. Next time will confirm through hotel which floor we’re on. '

'Staff was great but buildings were a bit of a mess and hard to find things due to ongoing construction. Room door and shower were broke but never fixed. Great view of the ocean and ability to rent beds. Been coming here for years but it’s been slowly going downhill. Also the fact that the literal minute we checked in we had someone trying to sell us a Krystal membership through a “welcome breakfast” that they wanted me to pay them $20 for was extremely offputting. '

'when we arrived to the hotel they assigned us a room when we opened the door it wasn’t cleaned yet so they changed our room and it smelled horrible I asked a second time if they could change our room they said no. Really bad service there. My husband and I were disappointed. Never staying there again'
