The Space:
This stunning accommodation, just 500m from the beach, offers a pool and a spacious patio, creating the perfect setting for a peaceful and memorable stay.
Helios is a two-story, semi-detached 80m² home designed for comfort and relaxation. The open-plan layout includes a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, electric stove/oven, electric kettle, coffee machine, and many more amenities. A dining table seating six and a comfortable sofa provide both convenience and functionality. A highchair and crib are available upon request. The bathroom is fitted with a shower cabin, washbasin, hairdryer for added convenience.
The master bedroom, located at the front of the house, features a double bed, while the Helios twin bedroom offers two single beds with an en-suite WC. Both rooms include a large wardrobe, air conditioning, and shuttered windows, TV/Satellite TV, and free WiFi. French doors lead out to a veranda with seating for two, offering stunning views of the garden and pool.
The accommodation offers secure on-site parking, a children's playground, and a dedicated kids’ pool. The swimming pool area is a tranquil retreat, while the spacious patio is perfect for enjoying al fresco dining, with meals prepared on the large BBQ using fresh local ingredients. For your convenience and peace of mind, the villa is equipped with a safe, a First Aid Kit, and a Fire Extinguisher.
