Upon entering this delightful studio, you will be welcomed by a bright and sunny living/sleeping area. The well-equipped kitchenette is furnished with a full-size refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker, allowing you to prepare both quick beach snacks and full-course meals with ease. The cozy studio also features a small dining table, perfect for enjoying meals or playing games. In terms of entertainment, you can make use of the smart TV with streaming services and complimentary WiFi available on-site.

Ongoing construction, possible noise from 8am-5pm Monday through Friday, possible elevator closures and water shut off at buildings discretion.
Building will leave notes in lobby and elevators when anything will effect inside the units.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
