'I was a late, almost 10pm check in but was met and warmly welcomed by Brendon (?) at the door. He gave me a brief history of the house and when he purchased / renovated it. He takes a lot of pride in his work as he should because the place is gorgeous, clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. My room was simple, clean, charming, and had a very nice, modern bathroom. My room was cozy and comfortable. The bed in my room has to be the most comfortable in all the Catskills. I look forward to staying...

'Laura and Tom are very friendly and accommodating. We arranged to see their horses and had some great conversation. Their property is beautiful and was able to do a short hike. The lake is gorgeous, unfortunately we didn’t get to use the paddle boats as it was raining but it was a super peaceful clean place to stay.'

'Very poor customer service! The owner wasn't friendly and helpful. I understand we are going through difficult times but if you don't know how to deal with the stress of the situation then close your business. I asked for hot water in a paper cup for a medication. The owner made a fuss about it. The TV in the room wasn't working the owner got frustrated after he found out. Go someplace else where they would appreciate your business.'
