When you aren't hosting barbecues at home, head mere minutes away to Cherry Creek State Park for excellent hiking and biking opportunities. Also nearby, play at Saddle Rock Golf Course, Fiddler's Green Amphitheatre, and SCUBA Beach.
Walking inside, you'll instantly take notice of the spacious living room with its soft seating and large TV. The kitchen absolutely gleams with its granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and breakfast bar. When you aren't snacking on tasty treats here, gather around the formal dining table for family-style meals.
Also on the main level, you'll find a designated office space (perfect for remote workers), a separate laundry room, a half bathroom, and a second seating room.
Upstairs, the primary bedroom is a peaceful oasis with its elegant furnishings, large TV, and spa-like en suite bathroom. Self-care comes naturally here as you sink into the soaking tub. The additional bedrooms are just as comfy with their high-quality linens and central air-conditioning.
The exterior of the home is just as charming with its mature landscaping, firepit, hammock, and picnic table. As evening nears, turn on the twinkle lights, and sip your favorite beverages on the covered balcony.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
There is a Pack-N-Play and high chair available for your use in the second bathroom.
This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.
If you need anything during your stay, the home’s independent local host is ready to help 24/7! Guestworks is a service offering of Vacasa that allows homeowners to smoothly and efficiently manage their own properties.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Security camera details: This property is equipped with cameras: (1) doorbell camera, (1) camera outside of the basement sliding door to monitor.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
