'Liked the location, the room was clean, and the staff was gracious and accommodating.. The property is old and needs to be more clearly described -- for example, "private bathroom" means a space reserved only for you - but at the opposite end of the hallway. Parking is very tight and needs to be reserved in advance - but it was not clear from the description. The third floor room without an elevator was ok for me but may not be for others. '

'De ontvangst was vriendelijk door Martina. Onze kamer was op de zolderverdieping en slecht 2 meter hoog; erg benauwd. De airco was kapot (niet te reguleren) en erg hard: moeilijk om bij te slapen. Het raam moest opengehouden worden met een doos die we na een klacht gekregen hadden. Uit de douche kwam amper water. Met nog wat andere mankementen werd in eerste instantie door de receptioniste niets gedaan en laks gereageerd. De volgende dag voelden we ons wel zeer gehoord door Martina; hij gaf ons...

'Showed up to check in in the middle of a noreaster, and even though I had my reservation information they said they did not have any reservations. Then they said that they had one room available though, but I would have to pay for it and then get the money back later from the original booking. Seeing as he seemed really stoned and the situation was really sketchy...I just left and found another reservation down the road. There were lots of them since it was late, snowy and windy with few...

'Don’t see anyone to check in or out with'

'My booking was booked then cancelled that the date wasn't available anymore. So I had to find reservations elsewhere. Very disappointed.'

'Cozy accommodations close to Back Bay and Fenway. A little too cozy for a couple - better for a solo leisure stay (no desk or working space). Rooms in pics look bigger than what it actually is. Garden level rooms will be a bit noisy. Excellent location and spotless and good security. '
