'Whoever took the pictures of this space are pros. Unit is located in the worst neighborhood I could imagine. Property is fenced in (for the owner) you have to park on the street where your car would most likely get broken into. The bed is a thin futon, smaller than a full bed. Toilet was not bolted to the floor. Dryer was not functioning. Definitely not worth the price. This unit would only be an alternative to a hostel'
