The Space:
You will be welcomed into a bright and spacious apartment with an open-plan living area, a fully-equipped kitchen, and two en-suite bedrooms. The space is perfect for relaxing or entertaining, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic views of Downtown Dubai. Guests will receive access to all building amenities, including the infinity pool, gym, and BBQ stations.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment, including the private balcony with breathtaking views. The building offers full access to amenities like the infinity pool, gym, children’s play area, and BBQ stations. Designated parking is available in the secure underground garage.

Located in the vibrant Downtown Dubai district, you are steps away from some of the city’s top attractions. Discover world-class shopping and dining at The Dubai Mall, experience cultural performances at Dubai Opera, and take a stroll through Burj Park, all within a 5-minute walk. The perfect spot for exploring everything Dubai has to offer.

Getting Around:
Easily accessible from all major highways, and just a 5-minute drive from DIFC. The nearest metro station is within walking distance, offering convenient access to the rest of Dubai. Taxis, Uber, and Careem are readily available in the area.

We're excited to welcome you to our home! This property is a registered holiday home apartment. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both you and us, we kindly ask you to read and follow the below guidelines.

- Standard Check-In time is 3 PM and Check-Out is 11 AM. Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are subject to availability and are subject at an additional cost.
- All guests are required to provide passport copies before arrival in order to register with building management facilitating smooth check-ins.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A fine of 2000 AED will be charged for smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted only on balconies, if available.
- Pets are not allowed.
- In case of lost or damaged keys and parking cards, a replacement fee will be applicable.
- Housekeeping with and without change of linens available at the best rate. Extra linens and towels are provided subject to an extra charge.
- All primary guests are required to sign a rental agreement and inventory checklist prior to check-in. Additionally, a refundable security deposit must be paid after booking and before check-in.
- Building amenities such as the swimming pool, gym, or other shared facilities are managed by the building management and are subject to maintenance or temporary closure without prior notice. While we always aim to provide accurate and up-to-date information, these amenities are not under our direct control, and availability cannot be guaranteed at all times.
- Please be aware that Dubai is constantly evolving, which may involve ongoing construction or renovations within the community or even within our building. This could potentially cause disruptions during your stay.
- For building registration purposes, we will require a copy of the passports for all guests occupying the unit prior to their arrival. Thank you for your cooperation.
- We provide a starter pack of toiletries to make your arrival more comfortable. Please note that items like cooking condiments, cleaning products, and extra toiletries are not stocked in the apartment. We recommend planning accordingly for these essentials during your stay.
- Please let us know in advance if you require a check-in outside of our standard hours. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability. Additional fees may apply.
- If you wish to request a late checkout, please note that this is subject to availability and additional fees. Please contact your agent at least 24 hours in advance to discuss.
- Please be informed that the Swimming Pool will be temporarily closed for essential maintenance from April 9 - 21, 2025.
- The Dubai Fountain will be temporarily closed for scheduled renovations from May to September 2025. This upgrade is aimed at enhancing the overall experience with new technology, improved choreography, and upgraded sound and lighting. While the fountain shows will be paused during this time, guests can still enjoy the vibrant surroundings of Downtown Dubai.
