'We went to Richmond to attend a concert at the Allianz Amphitheater. Unfortunately, due to lightning in the area, our event was canceled. Since we were already in the city, we decided to stay, and had an amazing time in this home. There is a wonderful bakery on one corner of the street (Honey Baked Bee - amazing!!) and a nice diner/cafe/bar on the other corner (The Hill Cafe - get the Brussels Sprouts!!) 'Was provided parking pass and parked in correct lot. Recd 2 50 parking tickets. Requested assistance from host and was advised they had ceased relationship with parking vendor, albeit was provided parking pass. Was refunded for 1 of 2 ticket. Asked about WiFi PW and advised it was on back of router but may not work due to recent change. Correct - no WiFi. Location was 3 blocks away from what is posted on site. Actual location in a more unsafe area. '

'We had a fantastic stay at Erin’s Oasis! It was so wonderful to have such a calm and tranquil space to return to after a busy day running around the city. We loved having our morning coffee on the peaceful front porch and watching the daily workings of the neighborhood. Beds were comfy, the home was charming, and the rooms were spotlessly clean. 'My partner and I visited the area to explore the VMFA. The property was well maintained and just as the photos on the listing portrayed. Our host even went grocery shopping for us which was a beautiful surprise. The beds were comfortable and the area was quiet. We are definitely planning on visiting the area again due to our experience this weekend. '

'We needed a place close to my grandchildren, and this home did not disappoint. Very clean, with plenty of room inside and outdoors to host a family day and barbecue. Also, you do not feel like a renter, but as a guest. Shampoo, conditioner, body cream, toothpaste surprisingly provided! The owners are gracious and always available, if needed. We would love to make this rental our home away from home when visiting.'

'The host was super responsive, polite, and gracious. It was a quiet neighborhood. This is the basement of an occupied home, so you can hear some, but no issues with excessive noise. Area was clean and welcoming. I shared this with the host, but there was no fridge. Latoya gave me access to hear wine chilling unit almost immediately to meet my needs- so appreciated. I would need a "real fridge," but would otherwise stay againThanks, Latoya! '

'We were going n town for a family member’s wedding. The house was perfect! Location was great btwn the church/rehearsal dinner / reception/ and other family member’s houses. The house had such charm and everything you could ever need in the kitchen! We will definitely stay here again when we come to Richmond!'
