'Plenty of shops nearby, beautiful location, room was very comfortable, clean and cool. Only issue i had was coffee maker did not work and the breakfast did not come with the room without an additional charge. Other than that was a great stay.'

'I love the TRU by Hilton chain! The hotels are fresh and looking modern and young. They’re clean and are also focused on younger people who do remote working. I always book a hotel from that chain and the one in Ashland was no exception. Breakfast is typically US, so not the best but super bad either.'

'Staff was great...the room had issues. Toilet seat broken, shower doors do not stay closed when showering, microwave operation was difficult might need directions, shower handle to operate water came off and weird noise after using sink/toilet kept us up.'

'Unsafe, dirty, rust on all the brass room fixtures, no breakfast due to major constructionin the lobby, which is a bunch of trash bags taped from floor to ceiling blocking access to the entire lobby. Propositioned in parking lot by mom and her 2 teen daughters. Guy smoking droogs on the side steps. Front desk was no help on addressing any of my concerns and said nobody could help. Got a refund from expedia and stayed elsewhere'

'In general, the property was decent. Our room was nothing out of the ordinary (it could have used another chair besides the desk chair). And we had a bad experience with housekeeping. The breakfasts were good.'

'I earlier reviewed this on both Expedia and Trip Advisor, giving a very favorable review about the Quirk atmosphere, the chic decor. It was an experience in pink! But I'd like to say again how much we appreciated the very gracious welcome we got from the lady at the front desk the evening of April 9th. She made us feel like it was our home away from home.
