'Breakfast staff was excellent and very accommodating. They were pleasant despite working under stressful conditions. Reception staff was also excellent at registration and check out. First rate. The only complaint was that there was no room cleaning even though we were only there for two nights. At least empty garbage and make beds! Otherwise, pleasant stay.'

'I would not stay here for a trip longer than 2-3 days, as the in-room amenities do not support a super long trip. Staff was helpful and friendly; bartenders, too! You get a free drink ticket during your stay, and there are clear things to do at the hotel throughout the week. '

'We liked everything about The Boulevard Inn. The location was excellent. We enjoyed being able to walk to Cary Town as well as several outstanding museums in the area. The Inn is located in the neighborhood of many beautiful older homes which we found to be very interesting as we explored this part of historic Richmond.
