'We loved being able to walk to cafes, restaurants and the bookstore and the proximity of the bike path meant that we didn't need our car much at all. We rode bikes to lunch spots, the beach, and to the pickleball courts. The house was tidy and had everything we needed.'

'We decided to take a trip to Cape Cod before baby number 2 makes his arrival, and this was the perfect property for our family. We have a 2 year old daughter so the private beach was the perfect place for her to run around and splash in the waves. When she went to bed, my fiancé and I were able to enjoy some quality time watching the waves or playing a game of pool in the game room. I would definitely recommend this property and host!'

'We really enjoyed our stay. There were a few issues. We couldn’t get in through the front door at all we had to go in through the garage. There were no potholders for cooking. Missing sugar for morning coffee. Napkins and tissues also unavailable. The only major concern that was an inconvenience neither of the bathrooms had heat. 'We did not agree with or understand the negative reviews of this house. It is in a very nice neighborhood right off of Rt. 28, and is within walking distance of shopping and several nice restaurants and attractions. It is also within walking distance of Seagull Beach, which may be the most beautiful beach on Cape Cod. The house itself is older but well maintained, and was very clean, and the living room is quite large with big windows and skylights, gas fireplace, TV and games. The sofas and...

'We enjoyed our stay in this charming historic feeling home. Everything was very clean, there were adequate kitchen supplies, the owner was v responsive, and the location was super convenient to exploring north of Orleans and the Outer Cape and Chatham and the mid Cape. The dining room has a painted floor that is just marvelous! Owners provided towels and nice linens (we loved the pretty quilts!) which is really helpful when you are a family group. NB there is no laundry on site so if you cycle...

'The space is beautiful. Everything is clearly newly renovated from the appliances to the light fixtures. Only wish the property manager requested that we didn’t use a butcher table via text/message instead of sending someone to put a sign in the table in the middle of the day. It was pretty startling to get a doorbell ring when we weren’t expecting anyone'

'A group of friends and I had a lovely long weekend stay here. The yard is so big and perfect for games and relaxing, and the house is close to several beaches, mini golf, restaurants, ice cream, etc. The layout is kind of weird, but we had plenty of space for everything. Would stay here again!'
