'Personeel was heelnaardig, locatie was prachtig, maar onze douche gaf alleen maar koud water. We hebben bij de front desk gevraagd of er iemand naar kon kijken. We waren die dag toch de hele dag op excursie (van 7 uur ‘s morgens tot 7 uur ‘s avonds). Echter toen we terug bij de kamer kwamen stond de deur gewoon open…. 'This is an older hotel, no a/c or elevator, still uses keys, looks beat down from the hallway. Nice clean pool and direct access to some lava rock tide pools. TBH the view of the bay and the sound of the waves made it worth it- but I’d sleep in my car for that sound! Microwave and fridge came in handy. A low cost option for Hilo.'
