'Very spacious, very clean, and very quiet. Quick communication with a minor issue. The cleanest place we've stayed but without the strong cleaning chemical odor. Being a duplex, was pleasantly surprised not having heard the neighbors at all. Beds were so comfortable as well. Fantastic spot and stay. Definitely will be back!! Highly recommend!'

'This is a first rate rental, for sure. Take heed to the instructions provided on how best to approach the property, you'll be fine. When I opened the front door, it smelled amazing inside. Very clean, cozy little place. Super nice and helpful owner Off the beaten track, but that didn't take away from the place. We'll definitely be coming back down to stay with these folks again! 'We were very excited about our arrival to the Trout Hills Condo and the area we looked forward to exploring. Our first night was perfect! Made a fire, used the fabulous kitchen to make a gourmet dinner and then relaxed in the comfy furniture. Unfortunately for us, we had an emergency call the next morning and had to leave for the passing of a close friend. We plan to return when possible and explore the area again. The condo was very clean, beds were very comfortable. Only thing I would advise...

'It was in remote area and we had to drive 30 miles to buy groceries. Then was missing basics like extra paper towels. Dishwasher was broken. Nice unit comfortable, though road to it was gravel. Not many restaurants so we grilled out every night and had to buy everything. Was not expecting it to be so isolated. Fall Creek Falls area was good drive away. The roads were very narrow and winding with lots of switch backs, not used to that at all. Beautiful area in mountains.'

'Very pretty place in the middle of no where. Could have been a bit better stocked, bar soap would have been nice. Coffee pot needs replaced. Once the barking dogs were taken care of the place was very quiet.'

'We love to bass fish and Long Branch Lakes is a hidden gem. 4 days on the lakes and no o e else fishing. Rarely saw the humans that live up there. The condos are clean and comfortable and convenient. We will be staying there again.'

'My son and I came to Tennessee to celebrate my grandsons first birthday. I picked this vrbo for a couple of reasons, first, I loved the pictures and how clean and uncluttered it was, secondly, as a just in case if my grandson were to visit I wanted a place that was safe and an area to enjoy. Unfortunately our schedule kept us away from truly enjoying all the amenities, I would definitely book this very clean, quiet and tucked away cabin. Brooke was also very responsive and friendly.'
