'Perfect spot on the Comal River! Easy access to downtown New Braunfels and Gruene. The condo was clean and had all the basic necessities. We enjoyed meeting other families and couples at the pool and most said they had been coming back here for years. The onsite bbq pits and picnic tables were a nice bonus. '

'Went to Sea World/Aquatica, and explored downotwn and this house was 15 minutes or less from both. The backyard was perfect and having King beds in everyroom was rare and a huge plus. Cannot wait to go back, oh and communication was as fast as it gets, answers back in 15 minutes or less everytime.'

When we arrived the home was in great shape and was clean and had all things needed for our stay (including plenty of utensils and pots/pans/cooking utensils). We brought our dog and he had plenty of room to run around outside, as the backyard was a great size for him. 'The home is very clean and relatively well stocked. The backyard space is very nice and the pool was refreshing in the heat & humidity. For anyone who might have mobility issues, the kitchen is a little tricky as all cabinets are low so it can be a challenge to get to glasses, plates, etc. Check-in info was not received in the days before, as has been the usual with my previous VRBO experiences.
