'We stayed just to hang out downtown a few days off. Location was amazing, building staff were all great. Home was as nice in person as pics, the screened in porch was nice. It was in the 80s and we were VERY comfortable with the HVAC despite the building maintenance being in charge of AC per previous reviews from others. Don't let that scare ya... this place is amazing and easy as pie getting in and out... very affordable parking near by, we Opted for the covered parking a few blocks over for...

'Good condo. Convenient location. Air conditioning is building controlled for the bedrooms. We couldn't cool the bedrooms,except by opening the windows, and there are two other cooling units which are fixed in place (one is quite noisy). They have to be run continuously and they slowly bring the temperature down over many hours. Kitchen is lovely and well appointed with kitchen and dining stuff.'

'It was a business trip for me to join a conference in Georgia World Congress Center. It is a nice location in the Hotel District and about 20 minutes walk to the convention center and other attractions around the convention center. Atlanta downtown is not as safe as one would wish but it is not a problem with this unit, people staying in expensive hotels face the same when they step out of their hotel. Initially, I struggled to find a grocery store nearby but found a CVS a few minutes later....

'We loved our stay! Centrally located and convenient parking, which is a plus. Had everything we needed and more. Great value for this area of Atlanta. Super clean and well appointed. Will definitely stay again!'

'Convenient to the AmericasMart building. Very clean unit. 24 hour security with entry only by keycard. Very quiet floor. Had a minor hiccup upon checkin and property management assisted right away, very helpful.'

'Overall it was a good visit. The host was great -- communication, description of how to enter room and building, any questions he was quick to respond. Property was a cute space and orderly. Some areas weren't as clean but host quickly addressed to fix. Location was very close to downtown and within minutes of where we needed to go, but I wouldn't recommend this particular location as a family friendly location. Neighborhood not the best.'
